• Conventional Programs: The types of property we consider for conventional loans include self-storage units, mobile-home parks and multi-family properties. We offer funding up to $100,000,000.
• Mezzanine or Equity Financing: This kind of financing gives us the flexibility to cater our solutions to each client’s situation. We can fund loans from $5,000,000 to $100,000,000 through our access to high-worth investors and capital sources.
• International Financing: We are active in several different international markets, allowing us to offer loan amounts from $50,000,000 all the way up to $1,000,000,000.
